These terms cover use of the AI Edge website at aiedge.training and the text messages sent by AI Edge.Training Inc. (“AI Edge,” “we,” “us”). AI Edge provides live AI skills training for professionals, teams, and organizations. By using the website or opting into texts, you agree to these terms.

Text messages

AI Edge.Training Inc. sends text messages about AI Edge training. If you opt in through the website chat, messages can include replies to your question, scheduling for a call, and information about the training you asked about. Consent to receive texts is optional. You can use the website and book a call without agreeing to texts.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at edgesupport@copperteams.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Website use

The site describes AI Edge programs. Training descriptions, dates, and prices can change. Enrollment is complete only after checkout confirms your seat. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break it, or submit someone else’s contact details without their permission.

Calls and scheduling

Booking a call through a calendar link schedules a conversation. It does not enroll you in a program and does not sign you up for text messages.
