Information we collect

  • Details you give us in the site chat, by email, or when you book a call, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and the message you send.
  • Training and enrollment details you provide when you register for a program.
  • Technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through site analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to answer questions, schedule conversations, deliver AI Edge training, operate the website, and send the messages you asked to receive. We do not require you to agree to text messages in order to browse the site or book a call.

Text messages

If you opt in through the AI Edge chat widget, we may text you about the inquiry you started, including replies, scheduling, and information about AI Edge training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

We use providers to host the website, deliver email, process payments for enrollment, and send text messages you opted into. They process only what is needed for that service. Website analytics help us understand which pages are used.

How long we keep it
